5275 - MyCanvas error-Nothing happens after clicking continue when creating a project

I'm creating a MyCanvas project and when I click Continue nothing happens. What do I do?

If clicking Continue doesn't work while creating a project, follow these steps:

First make sure you are following the correct steps to select the starting person.

  • When you select the Starting Person, type in the first 3-4 letters of the starting person's first name.
  • Select the correct choice from the list of possible matches.

Second, the name of your project may to be too long.

  • Look at the box with the name of the project.
  • If the box is red, hover your cursor on the box. If a message pops up telling you to shorten the name, shorten the name and click Continue.
